Commercial Equine Liability Applications:
We Provide Commercial Equine Liability Policies with or without Care, Custody & Control for Trainers, Stables, Breeders & Dealers and Clinicians. Policies are portable so if you move, your coverage can easily go with you. Limits run from $300,000 to wherever you need. We also write therapeutic riding programs and can work with your PATH requirements. Applications can be faxed or emailed to you or taken right over the phone and payment options are often available. This program is available in Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington.
The first application is for most equestrian operations desiring liability only without any property coverage (boarding, training, lessons, sales, breeding, shows). Care Custody and Control may be included if applicable. If you have Day Camps, you must also download and complete the Day Camps Liability Supplement. If you do any type of therapeutic riding or equine assisted therapy, you must also download and complete the Therapeutic Application as well. Overnight camps cannot be covered under this program, contact our office for the appropriate application.

Farm/Ranch Application:
Our Farm and Ranch packages are top notch and include all your property and liability needs. Care, Custody & Control can be included where applicable and Business Auto can also be added in most cases. Payment options vary and Excess Liability over $1,000,000 limit is available. Download this file and complete it to the best of your understanding, then fax or mail it to us and we will call you to fill in any gaps. Be sure to complete the diagram also. If you want to include Business auto in your ranch package, complete the auto questionnaire also.
Mortality Application:
We offer a full line of equine mortality coverages through A rated carriers including Major Medical, Surgical, Loss of Use (both full coverage and external trauma only for performance horses), Guaranteed Extension, Agreed Value, Stallion Infertility, Limited Perils Mortality, International Transit, and Emergency Colic Surgery Extension. Quotes are available right over the phone and vet checks are not required on most horses valued at $100,000 or less. Coverage can be bound immediately via fax/email and ePayment. Special Mortality Programs available now for Polo Horses, Police and Search and Rescue Horses. Please call for specific applications to be faxed or emailed - available in selected states only.
Includes application page, Statement of Health and Veterinary Examination Form. If you are applying for Loss of Use coverage, you must also download the Loss of Use Veterinary Examination Form. If you wish to insure your horse for more than its initial purchase price, you must also download the Justification of Value form and provide information to show why the horse is now worth more.

Workers Compensation Application - California:
We are happy to provide you with this vital coverage for various horse related operations whether you have had prior coverage or simply want to quote your existing coverage elsewhere. We offer coverage through State Fund as well as other insurers who are A rated. Simply download and complete the questionnaire and send it back to us. If you have coverage now, attach hard copy loss history from your insurer(s) for the past four years. Personal Horse Owner's Liability Application:
For horses not used for any type of commercial activity such as lessons.
If you own horses that are for your personal show or pleasure use only and not for commercial endeavors such as lesson horses, you may obtain liability insurance to protect you in the event your horse causes bodily injury or property damage to someone else. Many stables are now requiring proof of this coverage as a condition to board there. It can be obtained one of two ways. The first is find out if your homeowners insurance will extend your personal liability to cover actions of your personal horses on or off premises. Some will, many won't, and none will allow you to name another party as an additional insured, such as the facility at which you board. The second way is to take out a policy of Equine Personal Liability insurance. Policies cover all your horses and start at as little as $150 per year for a $300,000 limit of coverage. Higher limits are available upon request and additional insureds may be added where required for an additional fee. This policy cannot provide liability for the Lessee of a horse - call for an appropriate application to cover a lessee.

Pony Rides, Petting Zoos, Carriage Rides:
We can insure these businesses for those operators who are willing to work with a safety plan. Petting zoos with domestic type or farm animals can be included with pony rides or picture ponies. Carriage ride operators can also be covered for Parades and Demonstrations. Hourly guided trail rides, overnight pack trips and dude ranch coverage is available either as just liability or in a package with your buildings and equipment as well. Riding Clubs:
This form is for clubs or organizations who hold events for nonmembers or who participate in parades and require liability coverage. Our riding club policy includes your first seven public event days and up to 100 members starting at $500 per year. You can add events or additional insureds at any time during the year via fax or email. For large or specialty organizations, custom programs can be designed to meet your specific needs. Directors, officers, members, volunteers, employees and agents of the club are protected by this policy for third party liability claims in connection with their direct involvement in club activities. Directors & Officers are not protected by this policy from suit brought by members for their actions as directors & officers, this can be covered on a separate policy. All event days include a set up and take down day at no extra charge. We also provide Fidelity Bonding and Crime Insurance for facilities and organizations as needed. This program is available in Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington.

Horse Shows and Events:
Commercial Liability is available for event or horse show managers on a per event basis or for complete season coverage. Most every event involving horses can be insured from horse shows to demonstrations to parades. Annual policies can be written to include premises liability for permanent show offices, business personal property for your office equipment, buildings you own or portables you lease, and hired & non-owned auto liability. We also provide Fidelity Bonding and Crime Insurance for facilities and organizations as needed. This program is available in Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington.
