For your convenience, here are several applications you can download yourself to complete. All applications are in PDF format and can be read using Acrobat Reader. If you do not currently have Acrobat Reader on your computer, you may DOWNLOAD it for free.
If you do not see an application here for the coverage you are interested in, call our office and we will take care of you either over the phone or by mailing or faxing you an application.

Riding Club Application:
This form is for clubs or organizations who hold events for nonmembers or who participate in parades and require liability coverage. Our riding club policy includes your first seven public event days and up to 100 members starting at $500 per year. You can add events or additional insureds at any time during the year via fax or email. For large or specialty organizations, custom programs can be designed to meet your specific needs. Directors, officers, members, volunteers, employees and agents of the club are protected by this policy for third party liability claims in connection with their direct involvement in club activities. Directors & Officers are not protected by this policy from suit brought by members for their actions as directors & officers, this can be covered on a separate policy. All event days include a set up and take down day at no extra charge. We also provide Fidelity Bonding and Crime Insurance for facilities and organizations as needed. This program is available in Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington.
